Return & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
However, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee (from received date) for defective item only. Complete the Product Return form to request a RMA number. Once we have confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost together with your approved RMA number and we'll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 - 15 working days.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Underwear is returnable as long as unworn and with all the barcode tags.
This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.
Please also note that product(s) must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging.
All returns must be made by post.
